When you are done with your julienne peeler, clean it immediately after use with hot soapy water to avoid dirt accumulation and bacterial growth. Now they are ready to either be pickled or cooked! Note: Julienne noodles are not recommended to use in long-term storage, as they tend to lose their freshness rather quickly.
